New Retail, COMMERCIAL and Wellbeing Precinct COMING TO TONSLEY
We are pleased to announce finalised plans and first tenants for the Tonsley Retail Precinct - a new mixed-use hub focusing on wellbeing and new world-class amenities never before available to the area. The $47 million retail component of the precinct has now received planning approval from the City of Marion.
This new precinct will be home to a diverse range of exciting new recreational offerings and commercial tenants including:

- Indoor Bouldering Gym
- Pizza & Wine Bar
- Cafe & Delicatessen
- Barber Shop
- Outdoor Dining
- Independent Supermarket & Specialty Shops
- Allied Health Services Including Reformer Pilates Studio, Physiotherapy, Sauna & Day Spa
- 5700m² of New Office Space
The first mixed-used retail building within the retail precinct is set to be built by Otello, a boutique developer with a focus on mixed-use precinct scale developments. In keeping with Tonsley's ethos of innovation, the spaces have utilised biophilic design - a building design principle that connects people to the natural environment both inside and out. Development approval has been secured for the first stage of the precinct while plans for the southern mixed-use site will be lodged in the coming months.
The precinct will also include a variety of A-grade commercial office accommodations at the heart of the Tonsley Innovation District. One of the first commercial tenants, Junction Australia will be moving their Head Office of 150 staff to the southern site. The move is part of an exciting and transformative time for Junction as the organisation builds on its achievements and breaks new ground for an ambitious future. This is an addition to the new office building which spans 5,700sqm across four floors.
Residents of Tonsley Village will enjoy close access to these new amenities with easy connectivity to the newly completed train station as well as walking and cycling paths along the flinders greenway.
